How does a microswitch work?

1, the external mechanical force through the transmission element (press the pin, button, lever, roller, etc.) the force is applied to the action reed, when the action reed displacement to the critical point, the instantaneous action is generated, so that the moving contact at the end of the action reed and the fixed contact are quickly connected or disconnected.

2, when the force on the transmission element is removed, the action reed produces reverse action force, when the reverse stroke of the transmission element reaches the action critical point of the reed, the reverse action is immediately completed.

3, the micro-switch contact spacing is small, the action stroke is short, the power is small, and the break is fast. The operating speed of the moving contact has nothing to do with the operating speed of the transmission element.
