Circuit breaker wiring methods have board before, board after, insert type, drawer type, if the user has no special requirements, are supplied according to the board before the board wiring is a common wiring method.

1、the board after the wiring mode: the biggest feature of the board after the wiring is that the circuit breaker can be replaced or repaired, without rewiring, only the front power supply is disconnected. Due to the special structure, the product has been configured according to the design requirements of the special installation plate and installation screws and wiring screws, special attention is needed because the reliability of the large-capacity circuit breaker contact will directly affect the normal use of the circuit breaker, so the installation must be paid attention to, in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements for installation.

2、plug-in wiring: in the installation board of the complete set of devices, install a circuit breaker installation base, 6 plugs on the installation base, and 6 sockets on the circuit breaker connection board. The surface of the mounting seat is provided with a connecting plate or a bolt behind the mounting seat. The mounting seat is pre-connected with a power cable and a load line. When in use, plug the circuit breaker directly into the mounting base. If the circuit breaker is broken, just pull out the broken one and replace it with a good one. Its replacement time is shorter than that of the front and back of the board, and is convenient. Because inserting, pulling requires a certain amount of manpower. Therefore, China’s plug-in products, its shell current is limited to a maximum of 400A. This saves time for repair and replacement. When installing the plug-in circuit breaker, check whether the plug of the circuit breaker is pressed tightly, and the circuit breaker should be securely fastened to reduce contact resistance and improve reliability.

3、drawer type wiring: the circuit breaker in and out of the drawer is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise by the rocker, in the main loop and the secondary loop are used in the plug-in structure, omitting the fixed isolator necessary, so that one machine two use, improve the economy of use, while bringing great convenience to the operation and maintenance, increase the safety and reliability. In particular, the main circuit contact holder of the drawer seat can be used in common with the NT type melt circuit breaker contact holder, so that it can be directly inserted into the fuse for power supply under emergency conditions.
