Debugging steps check prior to power line inspection: carefully check all the connection line is correct, solid, have without loosening, short circuit or open circuit. Parameter Settings: control instruction, check whether the initial parameters of the thermostat setting is in line with the actual needs, such as temperature unit, control mode, upper and lower temperature, etc. Electric test observation showed: after turning on the power supply, observe whether the thermostat display is normal lights up, the temperature value is consistent with the actual environment temperature. If the temperature display is abnormal, check whether the sensor is properly connected and damaged. Functional test temperature setting: the keys of the thermostat or knob, set a goal value, can observe whether the thermostat is normal response and displays a set temperature. Control function test: simulate the temperature change, make the actual temperature above or below the set temperature, can observe whether the thermostat is set according to the control mode, control load equipment run correctly. For example, when the temperature is higher than the set value, the refrigeration equipment should start; When the temperature is lower than the set value, the heating equipment should start. Upper and lower alarm function test: set alarm temperature, and then make temperature exceeds the scope alarm,

check whether the thermostat can send alarm signal in time, such as sound and light alarm, etc.

Parameter adjustment control parameter optimization: according to the actual control effect, adjust the thermostat control parameters, such as proportion coefficient, integral, differential time etc, in order to achieve the best control precision and stability. For some simple thermostats, you may only need to adjust parameters such as temperature return. Alarm parameter adjustment: according to the actual demand, reasonable setting temperature alarm and alarm parameters such as delay time, ensure the alarm function can timely response to the abnormal situation, and can avoid false alarms. Running watch long running test: after completion of installation and debugging, the thermostat to its load for a period of time (generally not less than 24 hours), observe the thermostat and controlled equipment running status is stable, the temperature control is accurate, the presence of abnormal phenomenon occurred. Record data: in the process of operation, record the temperature of the key data and equipment running status, so that the follow-up analysis and evaluate the performance of the thermostat.
