Troubleshooting method
Appearance inspection: Check whether the button of the toggle switch is damaged, loose, deformed or stuck by foreign matter. If the button is damaged, it may need to be replaced; If there are foreign objects, try to remove them.
Contact check: Contact is the key component inside the toggle switch, responsible for controlling the circuit on and off. Check contacts for oxidation, wear, distortion, or poor contact. Oxidation and dirt may cause contact conductivity to decrease, you can use a special cleaning agent or fine sandpaper gently sand the contact to remove oxides and dirt, but be careful to avoid excessive grinding damage to the contact.

Connection line check: Check whether the connection line between the button switch and other electronic equipment or circuits is intact, including whether the wire is open, short circuit, whether the connection is loose, rusty, etc. If there is a problem, repair or replace the connection line.
Fixing method check: Check whether the fixing method of the button switch is firm, such as whether the fixing screw is loose, whether the buckle is damaged. If the switch is not securely secured, the switch position may be unstable or shifted, which affects normal operation. Therefore, you need to tighten or replace the fixed parts.
Internal structure inspection: If the above inspection does not find a problem, it may be necessary to turn on the switch to check its internal structure to see if there are parts damaged, broken, displaced or other abnormal conditions. If problems are found, the damaged parts should be repaired or replaced.
